1. Free Trial
14-Day Free Trial, No Strings Attached
Every new Solis OS account begins with a 14-day free trial that includes full access to all platform features. No credit card is required to start your trial. During the trial period:
- You will not be charged any fees.
- You have access to every feature, with no limits.
- You can cancel at any time without any obligation.
- If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be paused and your data will be retained for 30 days.
We encourage you to take full advantage of the free trial to evaluate whether Solis OS is the right fit for your business before committing to a paid subscription.
2. Subscription and Cancellation
2.1 Monthly Subscription
Solis OS is available at $29 per month, billed monthly. Your subscription automatically renews at the beginning of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
2.2 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Log in to your Solis OS account.
- Navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Click "Cancel Subscription."
Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@solis-os.com and we will process the cancellation for you.
2.3 What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- You will retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made to your payment method.
- After your billing period ends, your account will be paused.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after the end of your billing period, during which you can reactivate your account.
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer a straightforward refund policy based on the timeline of your subscription:
During Free Trial (Days 1-14)
No payment is collected during the trial. Cancel anytime at no cost.
Within 14 Days of First Payment
If you are not satisfied after your first payment, you may request a full refund within 14 days of being charged. No questions asked.
After 14-Day Refund Window
Refunds are not available after the 14-day refund window. You may still cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
3.1 Refund Window Details
The 14-day refund window begins on the date your first subscription payment is processed. This is separate from the 14-day free trial. In total, you have up to 28 days (14-day trial + 14-day refund period) to evaluate Solis OS risk-free.
3.2 Subsequent Billing Cycles
Refunds are only available within 14 days of your first subscription payment. Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use the Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period:
- Send an email to support@solis-os.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).
- Our support team will process your request within 3-5 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of extended service outages, billing errors, or other situations beyond normal usage, we may consider refund requests outside of the standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
6. Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and payment-related communications. When a refund is approved, it is processed through Paddle's payment infrastructure and returned to your original payment method.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Service or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Changes will not apply retroactively to refund requests already submitted.
