1. Our Products
Solis OS offers two separate products:
Solis OS Dashboard — $39 AUD / month
A monthly subscription for business management including bookings, CRM, invoicing, AI WhatsApp assistant, and 30+ modules. Comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Solis OS POS — $239 AUD / year
An annual subscription for point-of-sale including checkout, inventory management, barcode scanning, sales reports, and offline mode. Comes with a 10-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
2. Free Trials
Both products offer a free trial with full access to all features. No credit card or payment information is required to start any trial. During the trial period:
- You will not be charged any fees.
- You have access to every feature, with no limits.
- You can stop using the software at any time without any obligation.
- If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be paused and your data will be retained for 30 days.
We encourage you to take full advantage of the free trial to evaluate whether Solis OS is the right fit for your business before subscribing.
3. Subscriptions and Cancellation
3.1 Solis OS Dashboard (Monthly)
Your subscription renews automatically each month at $39 AUD. You may cancel at any time through the Settings page in your dashboard. After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
3.2 Solis OS POS (Annual)
Your subscription renews annually at $239 AUD. You will receive an email reminder two weeks before your renewal date. You may cancel by contacting our support team. After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current annual period. No further charges will be made.
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer a straightforward refund policy for both products:
During Free Trial
No payment is collected during the trial (14 days for Dashboard, 10 days for POS). Stop using the software anytime at no cost.
Within 14 Days of First Payment
If you are not satisfied after your first payment for either product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date. No questions asked.
After 14-Day Refund Window
Refunds are not available after the 14-day window. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access continues until the end of your paid period.
4.1 Refund Window Details
The 14-day refund window begins on the date your first payment is processed. Combined with the free trial, you have generous time to evaluate each product risk-free before committing.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period:

- Include your account email address, which product (Dashboard or POS), and the reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).
- Our support team will process your request within 3-5 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of extended service outages, billing errors, or other situations beyond normal usage, we may consider refund requests outside of the standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
7. Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed through Square, our secure payment provider. When a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Service or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Changes will not apply retroactively to refund requests already submitted.
