Delete Your Solis OS Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Solis OS account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Solis OS app on your device
Go to Settings (tap "More" in the bottom navigation, then "Settings")
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Confirm your decision when prompted

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including business information, customer records, appointments, invoices, and settings will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Your account profile and login credentials
Business information and settings
Customer records and CRM data
Appointment and booking history
Invoices and expense records
Staff profiles and schedules
WhatsApp Assistant configuration
